The process management system of the National Land Service under the Ministry of the Environment is intended to provide electronic services related to private land management: issuing consents to acquire agricultural land; consents to acquire the right to control a legal entity, or a part thereof, that owns more than 10 ha of agricultural land; consents to acquire a forest land plot; and consents to acquire the right to control more than 20% of a legal entity that owns more than 400 ha of forest land in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania. It also supports procedures for issuing shares. The system tables store information about the processes for providing these services; information about land holdings is not collected.
