Electronic Monitoring System

The Electronic Monitoring System (EMS) is intended for managing, implementing, monitoring and reporting on projects funded by the European Union. It is used throughout the project cycle, from submission of an application to the final report and publication of results. The system ensures transparent, structured and standardised data collection, enabling institutions, partners and the public to monitor project progress and results.
