Asset Management Information System

The Asset Management Information System is intended to ensure the rational and efficient management of municipal assets—buildings, premises and engineering structures—the efficiency of their use and maintenance, and the economic return from municipal assets by increasing rental income, reducing tenants’ rental arrears, and monitoring and controlling asset disposal, among other measures.
