Database for Residential Premises Rental and Other Service Accounting

An information system of VšĮ “Klaipėdos butai”, an institution subordinate to Klaipėda City Municipality, which stores data related to the public service of residential premises rental administration, residential premises administration, and administration and ongoing technical maintenance of common facilities in social housing residential buildings. The calculation of housing rental fees is based on Resolution No. 472 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 25 April 2001 “On the Approval of the Methodology for Calculating Rent for Social Housing and Other Municipal Housing” (https://e-seimas.lrs.lt/portal/legalAct/lt/TAD/TAIS.130798/asr).
