The State Information System for Oil Products and Oil Stocks (NPNAVIS) is intended to collect data on state stocks of oil and oil products that must be maintained under the Republic of Lithuania Law on State Stocks of Oil and Oil Products. Through NPNAVIS, data must be declared on the quantities of state oil and oil product stocks held on the last day of the reporting month, broken down by stock type, owner, storage location and method of holding (ownership or rights of claim), together with information on stocks stored under agreements by other companies in Lithuania and/or companies in another European Union Member State, and quantities of stocks held for other EU countries. This data must be declared by companies required to maintain state stocks of oil and oil products.
