Information System for Monitoring Persons Applying to Personal Healthcare Institutions for Mental and Behavioural Disorders Related to the Use of Narcotic and Psychotropic Substances

The purpose of ASIS is to collect and store data on persons who apply to ASPĮ for help with mental and behavioural disorders related to the use of narcotic and psychotropic substances, either for the first time in their lives or repeatedly, and to process and provide depersonalised data to recipients specified in the regulations.
