Cash restrictions information system

The Cash Restrictions Information System (PLAIS) is intended to centrally collect, store, process, systematize and retain data on the cash restriction process, generate and submit restriction and debit instructions to credit institutions for execution, ensure the order of debiting, proportionally distribute recovered debtor funds to providers of debit instructions when funds are insufficient to meet all claims, and provide cash restriction process data to PLAIS data recipients.
