Funds Restrictions Information System

The Funds Restrictions Information System (PLAIS) is intended to centrally collect, store, process, organise and preserve data on the funds restriction process; generate and submit restriction and debit instructions to credit institutions for execution; ensure the order of debits; proportionally distribute funds recovered from a debtor among the submitters of debit instructions when the funds are insufficient to satisfy all claims; and provide funds restriction process data to PLAIS data recipients.
