Simplified Transit Document Information System

The purpose of STDIS is to use information technology to process the personal data and information required to issue Simplified Transit Documents (STD) and Simplified Transit Railway Documents (STGD) to citizens of the Russian Federation travelling from the territory of the Russian Federation to the Kaliningrad Region of the Russian Federation in transit through the territory of the Republic of Lithuania and back.
