Ignalina Programme Project Management System APECS

The administration and development of the Automated Process Execution and Control System (hereinafter APECS) are carried out by responsible employees appointed by order of the Central Project Management Agency (hereinafter CPVA). APECS is administered and developed in accordance with the requirements established in the CPVA Information Technology Management Procedure and this procedure. Through a specially developed ISA (information systems administrators) environment, APECS is administered by at least two ISA administrators. ISA administrators access the IS environment using a username and password. APECS users log in with their CPVA computer username and password.
