Consumer Rights Information System

The Consumer Rights Information System (VTIS) provides access to the following electronic services: submitting an appeal to a seller (for natural-person consumers only); submitting an application or complaint to an institution (for natural-person consumers only); submitting an inquiry (for both natural-person and legal-person consumers); submitting an application; and reporting a suspicious website. Documents submitted by consumers are received and examined in accordance with the procedure established by the Government by state and municipal institutions carrying out consumer protection functions.
