Notifications and Task Management System

The Notifications and Task Management System is a centralised, intelligent system for registering, managing, monitoring and analysing the services provided by a waste administrator and enquiries received from residents and companies. It enables tasks to be assigned to employees, their completion to be monitored, productivity and workload to be assessed, and information to be stored and managed effectively. The system ensures efficient customer service and control of service delivery.
