The Information System of Participants in Legal Entities stores data on participants in legal entities and provides it to natural and legal persons entitled to receive it. The data concerns participants in legal entities, including private limited companies, small partnerships, public institutions, agricultural companies, cooperative companies (cooperatives), general partnerships and limited partnerships, and charitable and support funds that are non-governmental organisations. A participant in a legal entity is a person who has ownership rights to the legal entity’s assets, or a person who, even without retaining ownership rights to those assets, acquires obligations and/or rights related to the legal entity.
