Customs Permits System

The system enables applications for permits related to customs formalities for goods and the administration of duties collected by customs to be submitted to customs authorities. It receives and examines applications, manages decisions concerning the issue of customs permits and manages issued permits. Using the Customs Decisions Management System (MSVS), it downloads data on permits issued by the customs authorities of the LR and other Member States where the related party is the LR. It also exchanges data with subsystems of the Integrated Customs Information System (MIS) on permits issued in the Customs Permits System (MLS) and MSVS.
