Database of Clinical Microbiological, Molecular, Virological and Rare Dangerous Disease Tests (Laputė)

The information system of the National Public Health Surveillance Laboratory (NVSPL) is designed to register, manage and transmit laboratory test data. It comprises several subsystems, including the subsystem for clinical microbiological, molecular, virological and rare dangerous infection tests. This subsystem is used to register tests of microorganisms, viruses, parasites and other pathogens, record samples, reactions and results, and transmit data to national and international health surveillance systems.
