Asset Management System

The purpose of the Asset Management Information System is to ensure the rational and efficient management of municipal assets, including buildings, premises, and engineering structures; the efficiency of their use and maintenance; and the economic return from municipal assets by increasing rental income, reducing tenants’ rental arrears, and monitoring and controlling asset disposal, among other activities.
