Participants in Resistance to Occupations

The information system collects information on granting candidates status as participants in resistance to occupying regimes under the Law on the Genocide and Resistance Research Centre of Lithuania of the Republic of Lithuania (Article 5, paragraphs 3, 5, and 20), and on state awards granted to them under Article 4 of the Law on Recognition of the Legal Status of Participants in the 1940–1990 Occupations of the Republic of Lithuania and the Equating of Military Ranks and Awards of Volunteer Soldiers.
