The Waste Management Fee Administration Information System (ATRIS) is managed by the Vilnius waste system administrator (VASA) and is intended to account for and administer the municipal waste management fee. The system registers waste holders, manages payer and property data, tracks payments, applies concessions, and analyses balances and arrears. It stores and manages data on containers, their collection, sites, carriers and waste streams, and integrates data from the Centre of Registers and other external sources. ATRIS helps ensure transparent and efficient fee administration and waste management control.
