The system is intended to ensure rapid response to emergency medical calls, accurately assess patients’ conditions and provide appropriate medical assistance, ensure smooth cooperation between emergency medical services (GPM), hospitals and other healthcare services, and provide assistance around the clock regardless of the patient’s location. The system was developed according to the fields of the 110a card form. This is an official document form for recording information about medical assistance provided. It is standardised and used to document all information collected by a GPM crew during an incident. The form is necessary for administrative purposes and for ensuring and analysing the quality of medical assistance.
