The Residents’ Investment Project Selection Information System (GIPAIS) was created to facilitate cooperation and communication between the city municipality and the citizens of Klaipėda. Using the system, Klaipėda residents submit ideas and initiatives to improve public infrastructure in the city and participate in voting to select the most attractive initiatives. Residents’ submitted initiatives can be viewed at https://dalyvauk.klaipeda.lt/. GIPAIS enables the city municipality to systematize, manage, and analyze data on residents’ proposed initiatives.
