Operators of x-ray inspection systems use the subsystem of the unified data exchange network for x-ray inspection systems used by Baltic customs administrations when scanning each vehicle: they register vehicle and cargo information, send it to the RKS, receive the scanned image from the RKS, analyze the images, send the results back to the RKS, conduct the physical inspection stage, attach photo/video material of identified violations, and obtain historical inspection data from all Lithuanian RKS systems as well as from Latvia, Estonia, and other countries.
