Customs Brokers and Customs Brokers’ Representatives Administration System

The system stores data on persons providing customs representation services in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania. Customs representation is a service whereby a specialized person or company represents other persons before customs authorities in the Republic of Lithuania when a customs declaration is submitted, acting directly—on behalf of and in the interests of another person—or indirectly—in their own name but in the interests of another person—when handling formalities related to the import, export, or transit of goods.
