Each row represents one medical service provided during inpatient treatment. The row contains unique row, inpatient treatment card, service and treatment sheet identification numbers, the date of service provision, the date and time the record was created, the identification number of the personal healthcare institution, the type of service provided, the identification number of the disease for which the service was provided, the percentage of the service cost reimbursed by the territorial health insurance funds, the price of the service, the number of bed-days, and indicators showing whether the patient arrived with a referral or whether the service was cancelled.
