    dct:description "Information on planned inspections of non-food products and services by manufacturers, authorised representatives, importers, distributors and service providers carried out by the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT) shall be provided. The purpose of these inspections shall be to increase the economic well-being of consumers in the field of non-food products, to protect the health of the population and the freedom of economic activity for consumers provided in the field of non-food products and services and to ensure the requirements of legal acts in these areas. Checks shall be carried out by CIVIL servants or employees working under employment contracts of the IWC. The data cover the period from 2004 to the present day. Inspections of the activities of economic operators may be planned and non-routine. Routine inspections shall be carried out in accordance with the rules for the preparation and monitoring of the Authority's market surveillance plans approved by an order of the Director of the IOC. During these inspections, the staff of the Office shall monitor, analyse and evaluate the activities of economic operators, advise and provide methodological assistance in order to identify and remedy deficiencies in the field of safety and labelling of non-food products. The package shall specify the dates of the start, end and inspection act census, the type of object subject to Jaris, the JAR code and name of the object, the name of the authority initiating the inspection, the number of employees on the part of the undertaking involved in the inspection and the number of products checked."@en,
        "Pateikiama informacija apie Valstybinės vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnybos (VVTAT) vykdytus gamintojų, įgaliotųjų atstovų, importuotojų, platintojų ir paslaugos teikėjų planinius ne maisto gaminių ir paslaugų tikrinimus. Šių tikrinimų tikslas - padidinti vartotojų ekonominę gerovę ne maisto produktų srityje, apsaugoti gyventojų sveikatą ir ūkinės veiklos laisvę vartotojams, teikiamą ne maisto gaminių ir paslaugų srityje bei teisės aktų reikalavimų užtikrinimą šiose srityse. Patikrinimus atlieka VVTAT valstybės tarnautojai ar darbuotojai, dirbantys pagal darbo sutartis. Duomenys apima laikotarpį nuo 2004m. iki šių dienų. Ekonominės veiklos vykdytojų veiklos patikrinimai gali būti planiniai ir neplaniniai. Planiniai patikrinimai atliekami vadovaujantis VVTAT direktoriaus įsakymu patvirtintomis Tarnybos rinkos priežiūros planų rengimo ir jų vykdymo kontrolės taisyklėmis. Šių patikrinimų metu Tarnybos darbuotojai stebi ekonominės veiklos vykdytojų veiką, ją analizuoja ir vertina, konsultuoja ir teikia metodinę pagalbą, siekiant nustatyti ir pašalinti trūkumus ne maisto produktų saugos bei ženklinimo srityse. Rinkinyje nurodomos tikrinimo pradžios, pabaigos ir tikrinimo akto surašymo datos, tikrinamo objekto tipas, objekto JAR kodas ir pavadinimas, patikrinimą inicijavusios institucijos pavadinimas, tikrinime dalyvavusių darbuotojų iš įmonės pusės skaičius bei patikrintų produktų skaičius."@lt ;
