The Health Emergency Centre (ESSC) of the Ministry of Health shall carry out monitoring of the provision of personal protective equipment to health care institutions (hereinafter referred to as the “SPE”) and other measures necessary to ensure the implementation of activities to prepare for the response to emergencies caused by nuclear or radiological accidents and terrorist attacks.
